To receive an impression that is as comprehensive as possible, several stakeholders participate in the interview as part of our process. These include representatives from the specialist field, the staff council and recruiting, as well as the handicapped employee representative if applicable.

We do all we can to give you feedback as soon as possible after an interview.
We store the documents in our system at first and delete them in line with the privacy policy agreement after six months.
