Apprenticeships

Get started right from the start

In the heart of Hamburg’s “gateway to the world” is where you can make a big difference. At HPA, we need young people like you who would like to develop with us. Which is why we offer you an apprenticeship in various careers after you have completed schooling. You can diver directly into the working day and get to know many different exciting tasks.

During your apprenticeship, you will be perfectly prepared for your job and profit from many benefits at the same time. You will receive remuneration according to the TVAzubi-AVH tariff at 1,000 euros a month in the first apprenticeship year, along with 30 days of holidays, a lower-priced HVV-ProfiTicket and work uniforms. And the best thing: after you have completed your apprenticeship, you have good chances of being taken on permanently.

Dual studies

Perfectly combine theory and practice

With dual studies, you learn the theoretical part of your studies in a state-certified university, which is complemented by a variety of practical phases in various divisions at HPA. And the best thing: we pay all the study fees for you, and you receive attractive remuneration of 950 euros a month in the first and second years of study, and 1,000 euros a month in the third year.

After seven semesters, you have gotten to know the daily business in all areas of HPA and have gained solid knowledge combined with valuable hands-on experience.
