Participation is free of charge. By participating in the event’s prize draw, you accept the terms and conditions of participation. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. Employees of Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) may not participate. Personal data of participants are used to perform the prize draw and to notify the winner. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The persons drawn will be notified by us via email. The personal data will be used to determine the number of participating persons. When the prize draw has ended, your data will be deleted within 60 days. Travels to Hamburg or the St. Pauli Elbtunnel are not included in the prize. A cash pay-out or transfer of the prize to another person is not permitted. Judicial proceedings are excluded.
