HPA first trained me as a property management assistant and then took me on permanently. I never knew about HPA at first, but was always fascinated by the harbour. My job consists mainly of normal PC work in the office in Speicher P and internal meetings with the team or with tenants like logistics companies, shipyards, restaurants or recycling yards. The meetings are about, for instance, the traffic in front of the leased spaces or about individual tenant topics.
My appointments outside the office consist of viewings and handing out or taking back keys to properties. I have to wear protective clothing when I enter one of the leased port spaces.
